If your restaurant has DinDin enable, your deposits usually get sent out every Wednesday of every week. The bank usually takes a couple of days to clear the transaction, and it usually shows up on your bank on Fridays. In case your printer is not working correctly, please make sure that the printer is

  • Connected to the outlet
  • The ethernet cable is properly connected to the repeater (white box) and that the repeater is connected to the outlet

If the printer and the router are connected correctly, restart the printer and tablet in the following order

  1. Turn off the tablet completely by holding the power button and selecting Power off
  2. Turn off the printer completly
  3. Disconnect the router
  4. Wait 10 seconds
  5. Connect the router first and wait 10 seconds for the router to reconnect
  6. Turn on the printer.
  7. Turn on the tablet and make sure that it's connected to the same network (wifi) as the printer

Issues with the printer are usually solved by following the steps to restart the service, if you are still experiencing issues with the printer, give us a call at (503) 504 5280

It is recommended that you turn off your DinDin tablet completely at the end of the day and turn it on the next day. This will make your tablet faster and it usually fixes any connectivity issues.
